Recently Ohh Deer had a sale on and so of course, being a stationery addict, I couldn’t resist.
In the end, I bought six cards, three desk pads, and an A4 notebook I’ve loved on the website for months. These are the pads:
I love these. A lot. I’m almost at the end of a desk pad I bought at Waterstones at the moment, which is a Note to Self pad, and they’re just great for visual organisation. I bought one in red, called Plan of Attack, a green one called I’m Going to Kick Today’s Ass, and a blue one called Let’s Get This Shit Done. Each hold 60 tear-off pages.
Next came three square cards. The cards on Ohh Deer are really amazing quality, they’re all made in the UK with FSC approved material, some of them are made on recycled card, and they’re all amazing designs. They’re cute, funny, sassy or humorously rude, and you can be sure that whenever it’s someone’s birthday, you won’t be giving them the same card everyone else got them from the Card Factory.
And three smaller cards! Honestly, some of these will probably just be wall decorations rather than cards I send to people – much in the same way I buy postcards for the designs rather than to use as postcards. I did, however, get another card for my mum’s birthday, which I posted the other day so it’s not pictured.
Then, of course, there’s the notebook! If you know me, you know I can’t resist a good notebook. I have loads of them. I use loads of them. You can’t go wrong with a notebook. This was made in collaboration with Urban Outfitters, is quarterbound, and is kinda hefty – it’s not one you’d want to take lugging around everywhere. What I found cool about this one, though, is that the inside pages alternate blank and lined.
So that’s everything I got this time around – you can check out the last Ohh Deer haul I did here, and please excuse my not all that great photography… these were taken on my phone in my uni room, so no fancy lighting or marble surfaces here… But I would definitely recommend checking Ohh Deer out – they do homeware, gifts and clothing as well and all of it is amazing.
